Omega Events will successfully organize and manage your event from conception to completion and ensure everything runs smoothly. One of our highly experienced coordinators will be put in charge of your event and will be your contact throughout. We have worked with companies both large and small including multi-national companies, government agencies and associations.
Omega Events delivers in-house products at your chosen destination, planning and executing all the required logistics, including site visits, for the successful implementation of your event. You can also deploy us to research suppliers local to the chosen destination and design a programme around these local resources. We add value by ensuring that the suppliers are vetted for quality and suitability, and for providing the highest of standards of event management abroad giving you absolute peace of mind.

The initial one to two hour consultation consists of a meeting between an Omega Events consultant, the client and others who may be assisting with events decisions.

Complete consultation on how to plan your event or wedding. Occasionally, brides need some help “getting started.” On a consultation basis, we can sit down with you to help you in your planning. We can also put together a complete “wedding plan” for you and give it to you so that you can follow the details throughout the day. The Omega Events consultant will provide you with events planning worksheet and a list of our preferred vendors . Even if you don’t plan to hire a wedding/events planner this is our way of sharing ideas and giving valuable input regarding your event.

Manage the coordination of your event only. Set-up/Decoration, Guest management, Reserved seating as well as assigned guest seating, Coordination of efforts with the other vendors that are present at the wedding reception, Work with the caterer to make sure that enough food is being served, supervision of reception events and adhere to the schedule as time permits and come to you and alert you to upcoming events so that you can relax and enjoy your day
